All throughout DFW, the courts have begun to postpone court settings, hearing dates, and trial settings due to the spread of COVID-19/Coronavirus. In particular, Dallas County, Collin County, Tarrant County, Denton County, Ellis County, and Rockwall County have all announced policies and procedures during this time to help contain the spread of COVID-19/Coronavirus. Our office has been in constant contact with the courts in the counties where we have pending cases and we have been constantly in touch with the court staff to make sure our client’s cases have been reset and are in compliance with the court policies.
